GREEK YOGURT BAGELS
Healthy bagels recipe from Brocc your body that will not disappoint you! All you need is 6 ingredients. These homemade bagels are so easy to whip up in the oven or air fryer. They are high in protein thanks to the yogurt!
Ingredients
1 cup of flour of choice (all purpose flour or gluten free flour)
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 egg white
1 egg
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
Seasoning of choice – (everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, etc.)
Step by Step Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
3. In a small bowl, wish an egg white and add in Greek yogurt
4. Combine both mixtures until dough forms.
5. Flour a surface
6. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and knead the dough.
7. Separate the dough into 6 parts and roll out into a rope like piece and then curve into an O
8. Coat with whisked egg and top with seasoning of choice – I love everything bagel seasoning
9. Bake for 18-20 minutes
